Our founder, Carolin Mallmann, spent over 10 years mastering the art and science of marketing from the inside out. She developed strategies for some of the biggest names in the industry, including Google and Meta, and honed her skills at leading agencies across Germany. She learned what it takes to build globally recognized brands and drive incredible growth.

But along the way, she noticed a disconnect. The industry’s focus was often on numbers over people, and on tactics over true connection. Her own path of self-discovery, leading her through the transformative worlds of NLP, coaching, and shamanism, confirmed what she knew in her heart: there had to be a more soulful way to grow a business.
